WEIGHER / WEIGHER-LOCKER PSP-8 / PSC-8 Description: The proportioning-weighing machine type PSP-8 is an electronic weigher mounted on a monobloc steel body designed for weighing and proportioning all kinds of products in grain and similar, with models that can be applied to each case or kind of products. The model PSC-8 is a weighing-sealing machine similar to the PSP-8, but with a thermosealable bag sealer coupled to the same. Description PSP-8 The PSP-8 machine is compounded of an electronical weigher PS-8 and of a support foot. Our machine PS-8 is an automatic electronic weigher equipped with a load cell for thr detection of the weight to be proportioned. The control board is provided with a programming liquid quartz display which visualizes the functions to be carried out or to be checked. Access to the: Start / Stop / Preproportioning / Trimming Adjustment / Automatic / Manual unloading / Change of parametres, etc., is gained through a programming keyboard. Once the weight and rate have been programmed, the work process is the following: the product stored in a receiving hopper, which detects the wieght, is unloaded inmmediately after either automatically or through the signal received from a pedal wich is emitted by the same when it is pressed. Description PSC-8: This machine is compounded of the same elements that the PSP-8, plus a sack´s locker by warmth, laterally connected. The sack´s-locker is a whole formed by some calefactioned guides and some rollers which realize the soldering by pressing. A tapestry of speed synchronised with the locker and with regulating height severs of support to the sack´s base during all the run. Into a coffer lateally embeded there are elctrical commands of the motors, swuitches and regulating control of the calefactors temperature Technical data:
